I came across this today and thought it was rather cool.
It's a project taking place in Philadelphia where 40 local and international artists have been invited to paint 'love letter' murals on walls visible from the elevated train line, so all those poor commuters have something to smile about in the morning. In total there will be 50 walls, and the project is also including books and sign painting classes.
Lovely.
